Responsible for keeping you, the Seller, updated with our on-going marketing program. Assists, duplicates and performs all duties under the guidance and direction of Pat Bouchard. Responsible for the listing set-up, keeping your property information advertised in the local media market and also on Internet, to verifying and gathering any and all information that will aid in a professional transaction. Keeps detailed information on our computer program to inform you of your advertising schedule, showings, feedback, buyer call activity from signs advertising and internet. Maintains file information, MLS information and ready to deliver by mail, fax, internet or phone to any and all inquiries. Acts as photographer and communicator with other agents, relaying up to date information about your home for internet buyers to view. Keeps watch over your listing and surrounding market activity. Promptly alerts you and Pat Bouchard when your competition is offering a better deal thus stealing potential buyers away from your home. She is COMMITTED, as a Team Member and licensed agent, to keeping you informed. She is committed to insure full time coverage to accomplish selling in your home quickly. |
| Buyer's Specialist - |
Team commitment to locate and cultivate qualified buyers specifically for Pat Bouchard’s listings, in addition to Pat. This select licensed agent, with her own generated and cultivated buyer list, will also process some of the leads coming in from our advertising program, referrals and market cultivation (Pat’s sphere of influence, past clients and aggressive day to day contacts). Because of the detailed work that is involved in turning leads into qualified buyers before showing your home, Pat has enlisted a Buyer Specialist with a proven track record and professionalism in processing and qualifying buyer leads in accordance with Pat Bouchard’s business ethics. |
| Closing Coordinator - Rita Lang |
Responsible to coordinating all activities pertaining to the closing of the real estate transaction for the Bouchard Team. Will review your sales contract and has accepted the responsibility of policing all contract deadlines and contingencies. Will guide you though the contract sale, coordinate with Buyers or their real estate agents, closing agents, lenders, inspectors, negotiate/resolve repair issues while your house is under contract. Will review the closing documents with you and Pat Bouchard before the closing. As a licensed agent COMMITTED to act and advise as a professional in accordance with Pat Bouchard’s business ethics. |
